Leadership Development
My overarching approach to leadership development is that leadership starts with self. I design interactive programmes that support leaders to gain more insights about themselves and their impact, and use methodologies and tools that explain our human experiences and provide insights on how to get the best out of ourselves and others.

My Design and Delivery Approach
Workshops and sessions are designed in line with desired outcomes for the organisation/participants, in order to provide the best possible experience.
My style is highly interactive and I very seldom use PowerPoint slides; my design typically includes a range of TED talks, small group exercises, whole-group experiences and solo reflection. I encourage full participation and create an open and fun learning environment where people feel safe and empowered to speak up.
I design learning experiences to provide insights and introduce practical tools and techniques that can be immediately implemented, rather than merely introducing theory.
