Who I work with

I support purpose-led organisations that desire to create engaging environments where people can flourish.

I work with a range of individuals and leaders including:

  • CEOs, executives and people leaders at all levels

  • High potential employees/talent

  • Influencers within an organisation

  • Individuals going through/leading organisational change

  • Individuals moving into new roles

  • Aspiring leaders

I do my best work with individuals and organisations who are open to making changes to their current ways of thinking, doing and being.  These clients understand that this can involve challenging themselves, and they’re committed to doing what it takes to get the results they desire.

My 1:1 coaching clients have one thing in common: they are open to coaching.  They will put in effort and are committed to taking action. They understand the benefit of having external support to stretch and encourage them, and they also know their responsibility in the process. I don’t take coaching assignments with people who don’t want to be coached, because it’s not a good use of my time or theirs.  

I work across a broad range of industries and organisation sizes, with a particular connection to organisations with heart, purpose, and a desire to make an impact.
