One of the methodologies I use is mBraining, or multiple brain integration techniques (mBIT). This approach leads to powerful insights and results.
What is mBraining?
Neuroscience shows us that we have complex, adaptive and fully functional neural networks or 'brains' in our heart, gut and head. This scientific knowledge aligns with thousands of years of esoteric and spiritual traditions informing us about these three powerful intelligences.
mBraining is where neuroscience meets ancient wisdom. The way our multiple brains communicate and operate with each other is vital for success and happiness. Habits, learned behaviours and patterns may mean our brains are not aligned, which can lead to internal conflict or struggle.
The field of mBraining was developed by Marvin Oka and Grant Soosalu from analysing and synthesising thousands of pieces of literature and research drawing on insights from neuroscience, NLP, cognitive linguistics and behavioural modelling. The resulting approach is practical, potent, and immediate in its results.
mBraining is the process of aligning and harnessing the power of your multiple brains.
The suite of practical methods it provides is called mBIT - multiple Brain Integration Techniques.

The Power of mBraining
Have you ever experienced any of the following?
Internal conflict between your thoughts, feelings and actions
Repeatedly not taking action or sabotaging your dreams, goals or plans
Difficulty making decisions
Inability to stop unwanted behaviours or habits
Feeling that something is missing and you’re not fully connected with your deepest inner self
Chronically experiencing disempowering emotional states such as frustration, depression, anger, anxiety, etc.
Chronic health issues, especially those to do with the heart or gut region?
If any of these sound familiar, it’s likely that your multiple brains are out of alignment. Challenges like these can be overcome by using the deeply integrative mBIT techniques that allow our brains to work together.
mBraining and Leadership
In our rapidly-changing, complex and tech-savvy workplaces, it’s critical that leaders can foster human connection and collaboration and develop deep levels of emotional intelligence and self-mastery. Understanding how - and why - to connect to and align your head, heart and gut can develop a level of self-understanding, compassion and wisdom far beyond traditional methodologies.
Leaders who understand how to utilise the intelligences of their head, heart and gut can develop:
Deeper insights into their own behaviour and that of others
Greater connection, collaboration and compassion
Tools and methods to reduce stress and enhance resilience and wellbeing
Greater levels of emotional regulation and self-mastery
Techniques for wiser and more effective decision-making
Ways to overcome procrastination and take empowered action to achieve goals and desires
Practical ways to create sustainable behavioural change
Courage, confidence and clarity to achieve their full potential
